My Specialty
I help people turn their goals into results by providing structure, clarity, and accountability. I use a simple yet powerful framework called OPTICS—it stands for Orientation, Pivot, Tempo, Inquiry, Chase, and Steadfast.
In the first stage we start by identifying where you are (Orientation), then define who you need to become to reach your goal (Pivot). From there, we build consistent habits (Tempo).
In the second stage we ask the right questions (Inquiry), take action on what inspires curiosity (Chase), and stay disciplined over time (Steadfast).
It’s a strategic, repeatable process that helps clients create real, sustainable change—no fluff, just movement.
This section outlines the full coaching journey using the OPTICS framework and supporting tools. You can use the menus below to see how each tool and coaching phase fits into a broader client journey.
OPTICS PROGRAM
We start at Ground 0, where, at no cost to you, we discuss your goal, or if you don't yet have a goal we will fill out your personal development plan. If you enjoy the coaching process during these first few sessions, then we will review your payment obligations, fill out the paperwork, and sign the coaching contracts.
STAGE I
-
Weeks 1 & 2, we cover Orientation-we start by finding out where you are relative to your goal.
-
Weeks 3 & 4, we find the Pivot-we select a path that faces towards the new you. This is the you that you must become to accomplish your goal.
-
Weeks 5 & 6 we learn to manage our Tempo-the concept of being consistent in your pace and the rhythm of this change, so to speak. We also introduce the process of articulating, with an accountability note, the new habits that you must perform to begin your transformation.
STAGE II
-
Weeks 7 & 8, with the help of curiosity loops, we delve into Inquiry-a reminder to stay curious and ask questions. We cover curiosity loops and break ground on your barriers.
-
Weeks 9 & 10, we take the results of the previous session and begin the Chase-to activate your curiosity. By committing to small actions based on your inquiries you will further reinforce your pivot.
-
Weeks 11 & 12, we begin studying and applying the art of being Steadfast-to be persistent in your new discipline over time. We equip you with ways to stay on the path and more importantly ways to get back on the path when you lose your way.
Finally, on weeks 13 & 14, we Review all the progress you have made with gratitude so we can look further into the future. You will then choose to either continue using me as an accountability partner with some new goals or step forward on your own to see just how much this new learning can help you to accomplish in your everyday life.
